David Thomson

Being brought up in children’s homes as a child and leaving school with no qualification, David had to learn to skills of influence early in his life. At early age he became a financial advisor which got him started to study how to become persuasive.

Today, David Thomson is a Napoleon Hill Certified Trainer and one of only 19 trainers personally trained and endorsed by Dr. Robert Cialdini, recognized wordwide for his research on the psychology of influence.

Throughout the 90’s, David became the top mortgage adviser in the UK for Connells, and the Royal & Sun Alliance Group, two huge estate agency chains with over 700 advisers. In 1999, he set up his own estate agency, with the intention of organizing the mortgages himself.

In 2002, he started up Best Deal Insurance; training advisers and building technology to give simple and accurate advice to consumers on the sale of protection. This involved recruiting and training a new breed of advisor, following his now well-established pattern, which raised the bar in the industry; and opening a second estate agency and mortgage company in which they could operate.

In 2012, David consolidated everything into one memorable brand, and the Hannah Corporation was founded. Eventually he sold the company in a multi-million-pound transaction in order to pursue his passion of training the science of persuasion and influence.
